To confirm your booking we request a 50% deposit.
Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. and check-out by 11:00 a.m. Recommended latest arrival is 7:00 p.m.; early arrivals or late departures are subject to availability.
Date changes must be requested at least 7 calendar days in advance and are subject to availability. The deposit is non-refundable; if you cancel at least 7 days in advance, we may offer rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows are non-refundable.
Your stay includes one fill and heating of the private outdoor heated tub. A new fill or heating carries an additional cost.
Pets, children, outside visitors or events must be reported and approved in advance.
During the rainy season there may be changes to trails, weather or waterfall access. Rain alone is not automatic grounds for cancellation.
If you're arriving late or at night, let us know in advance so we can coordinate your entry.
We accept bank transfers, Bre-B, Llave or Bold payment links. Card payments via Bold link carry a 5% surcharge.
For your security, we never charge through third-party pages without Bosque Secreto's official authorization.
